This was the best book of the series so far. Each book gets better and better. We continue to see Mina grow and learn from her mistakes. I usually am not the biggest fan of time travel because it can make some details unnecessarily complicated, but I think it was handled well in this book. With the time travel, all the pieces came together and we finally have an explanation (even though Jared could have told Mina all of this in book 1, which still upsets me). The worst part about this book is that I miss Jared… but Teague definitely grew on me.

I love these books; they're my guilty pleasure!

I'm by no means the teenage/YA target market, and ordinarily I'd writhe in agony at the thought of authors tackling faery stories.
But Chana Hahn weaves her magic with a wonderful sense of mischief and wit.

The author writes her characters well and has a thrilling plot that keeps me completely hooked.
I mean seriously, late back from lunch, ignore my husband because I'm reading hooked!

Despite pretty much remembering nothing from the previous 3 books, I really enjoyed this. Writing is still sub-par, but it is an intriguing story and fun twists on fairy tales.

Can someone please explain to me why the book just cut off? And so Mina used to live in the Fae world and was in love with Teague but she actually knew Jared and caused the split and then used the seam ripper to go to the human plane? Was she going back into time or was that her inserting herself into the past? Was there actually a Elle Cinder when Teague became bad? I'm so friggin confused.

I love how even though in the beginning the story was a little slow, it still had some excitement that made you not want to put it down. But then the story progresses and gets better and better! Its so good, it should be a movie!!! Love! Love! LOVE!!!!

I wanted so much to reach through this book and slap Mina until she decided to develop a backbone. It ended up being a good book but you have to get past the whiny selfishness of Mina. I'm curious to know how Hahn is going to take this story in the next book...

My rating for this book is simply based on vibes and emotional turmoil. While the writing in this series isn't as great as I would like it to be, I'm able to overlook it because of how much I love this storyline and the characters. I can still remember how hard I cried reading this for the first time years ago. The plot twist was absolutely incredible! Also, getting to learn more about Ever and how Teague became who we got to know him as in the first three books of the series was amazing.

All I can say is that I'm really not on Team Brody. I hope I'm not terribly disappointed.
