Chasing Perfection gives us a glimpse into Justin's life before Mimi. It allows us to see how he became the man who would end up marrying his best friend's wife. His friendship with Vance allowed him to stop living in fear of being bullied and to grow up into the bad boy alpha we all love. He started out a little awkward when he met his first love, but when Justin falls in love he falls hard. He goes on a roller coaster of emotional ups and downs while trying to balance being in love and trying to figure out what he wants out of life. He makes a lot of bad decisions along the way and it seems like he's always dusting himself off and starting over. Heather Guimond does not disappoint with this 5 star read!
