Picked this up at the library, the art work was what mainly caught my eye. It’s part of a series about friendship for middle grades. It was a short simple read and full of beautiful illustrations (main source of my rating) . Looking forward to the rest of the series and illustrations.

This is the first book of a seven mini-book series that I picked up at the library. The artwork is what caught my eye, as well as the fairy and forest theme. The storytelling is simplistic. I think it’s meant to be that way, because the focus should be on the art. If I were to rate the writing by itself, it would get two to three stars. It’s the art that truly does the telling.

Den enda problemet med dessa böcker är att dem är så korta så man hinner bara precis slukas in i dem innan de tar slut. Vill ha mer!
Dessa är några av de vackraste böckerna jag har sett!

I loved the illustrations in this book to start off. They were absolutely beautiful. I wish I could have gotten to know the characters better, because I feel like they would be quite lovable. I felt like this story ended quite abruptly. I would like to see where this story continues.
