A fairly solid sequel, but it doesn't quite measure up to the first book in the trilogy. Darth Bane is my absolute favorite Star Wars character, but I feel he doesn't "sith" it up like I thought he would based on the first book. 
Having Zannah's POV was enjoyable, but she still seems a bit too "2D" for me. I am guessing she will be more multi-faceted in third installment. 
Not the best book, but also a fun read!
