Cute with a bit of bad

I feel like I read this book in an 1.5 hrs. I definitely enjoyed the fast paced read. It kept me turning the pages with no breaks. This is my first book by Thia Finn so I am excited to read more from her.
Spice I would say is 1 ⭐ it had 1 scene .
I love the storyline overall.

Sometimes you have one of those days where you need an escape, not forever just for awhile. Be Understanding was just the escape I needed today. Life has been rough and this quick easy read took me away from it all. Skyla was being crushed by conflict. She saw no end to the harassment. She saw no solution but to run. She had no support.

Support came in the name of Rest, singer for Sharp Edge. He was her boss. He became her friend, her protector. With every page I wondered. Would she run? Would she stand up for herself? Would she let others help her? Would she walk away from love.

The ending brought light to my darkness. The story gave me hope when I was feeling helpless. This story will be put on my pick me up read list.
