I didn't love the two main characters of this. They aren't on screen together almost ever and when they are they don't really like each other. There is a lot going on to cause it but it just feels like mislead obsession and a master who gives up holding the line and is worn down into having a relationship. It also just has a lot of forced physical stuff. Idk this one wasn't for me.

Maybe my favorite installment in the series. I felt like the characters' development was finally allowed to happen, I really liked a few of the tender scenes between Luo Binghe and  Shen Qingqiu, and it was just fun all around. Even with the incredibly fucked up sex (it's not a rape, but it's not what I would call good but it was also all consensual it's wild?) scene, I had fun from start to finish here.
