Omg so many chapters

It was a good book with a great storyline but it is extremely long. Too long in fact 68 chapters and a epilogue. It needed to be cut in half and nothing would have been missed. I found myself wanting to just skip to the last few chapters to get it over with. Being so long the book went from great to ok to so tiring you just wanted it over with. I do wish the epilogue would have been a real epilogue instead of the next day. I was expecting to read 6 months down the line. I seriously hope all the authors books aren't like this.

I have a very intense Monday at my office. While at work, I was listening to Th Billionaire's Unexpected Wife. My first read by Miss Parker. It is short. But I have to read the whole 3 books understand the story.

For the first book, I have to say I do like it. The wording is repetitive and not much of steamy sex scenes To my surprise I like it. The background/ the motive why both Kristo and Amaya have to end up married is not convincing. Maybe because this is a short/ novella, Miss Parker pack more on chemistry development.

Overall this book is light and enjoyable to accompany my Monday.

It was really annoying how the author kept using the phrase “at once.”
