Great way to read Lovecraft. Each illustration was grotesque in a beautiful way and I felt like I could really understand the descriptions that had been written of the people, town, and artifacts. I also found the story better paced in this format than the traditional short story

Liked seeing a Manga version of Lovecraft.
Would have been a 5 star for me, but there were a few typos, which may have been due to it having been translated from Japanese. And although the art style is fantastic and very detailed and creepy AF, some of the smaller panels suffer from being too dark to make out what is being presented. Those are all minor quibbles with an otherwise well written and wonderfully drawn Manga. I loved that Gou Tanabe was able to convey so much emotion and story with just a one panel of the MC eyes.
