OK first, there's a character named Liam Eastwood & my brain kept hearing Liam Neeson. That changed the timbre, let me tell you!
Second, the main story here (imo) should've been the daughter who got a traumatic brain injury because she was attacked by someone who was after her dad. Instead, the main story is about the dad, an elderly British drug dealer who goes missing. It was pretty snoozy! There was a lot of talking and the plot wasn't interesting enough for that much talking. Even with Liam Neeson.
