I absolutely adored this book. It’s such an emotional but great read. I can’t wait to read the rest of the series.

I swear I had written a review for this one...I'm sure it was a glorious, profanity laden masterpiece of rage because do I ever hate this book with a burning passion.
Anyway, I've basically blocked most of the experience out of my head at this point but just know that it's a dumpster fire. () Basically, if you respect a woman's autonomy, don't even bother. Thinking about Travis Maddox makes me want to crawl in a hole and hide for the rest of my life because ohmygod how do people like this. I don't hate you if you do, but I. don't. get. it.

Alright, I know this book leans a little more childish than what most people would like but something about this book had me wrapped up. I barely wanted to put it down. My bestie sent me her copy in prep for the movies coming out soon, and reading it hard copy was better than I could imagine it to be on the kindle. Something about turning the pages and having the movie fill the pages was perfection to me. I could so perfectly see Dylan Spource’s character saying Travis’ lines in the book and throwing down in the Circle. Usually I don’t like to spoil movies or books with picturing one or the other but i think something about knowing these characters from the movie made this story that much better for me, which is a first.

Held my attention, but I can't say that I'm proud to have read it. Not a new story, just a new set of characters. Entertaining writing.
