This volume is definitely my favourite book of the series thus far. The book has great, new storylines that I haven't seen elsewhere.

I am so glad to have American Vampire back again following its extended break. The first installment of Volume 2 hooks you immediately and doesn't let go. The final pages of Pearl and Skinner's arc, coupled with the one-shot that is Issue 5 have me eagerly anticipating future issues.
