Remember, you have been criticizing yourself for years and it hasn’t worked. Try approving of yourself and see what happens.

The universe is listening to everything you say and think and for many of us, most of the time this is negative. Your thoughts create your life, so what are you thinking?

Often when moving forward, we are fearful of bending, and we become inflexible… We want to move forward, but we don’t want to change our ways.

Louise Hay wrote this self-help book at a time when this genre was not cool and was heavily criticized. Remember that this author will take on no responsibility for your success or failings in these teachings. Use critical thinking to take what you will be receptive to. This book has given me a path to control my own thought process, to use my skills and powers for good instead of letting fear get in the way of achieving my healing and goals. There is a lot of things I have left to work on, but I am working on getting past fears that have held me back for years. It took a lot of self-deprecations to be able to care about and love myself, my family, and my friends more than ever before.
