I feel like this was trying too hard to push the story forward. It seemed rushed, and forcibly slapstick. The original Tokyo Mew Mew was better.

I first read this book back in 6th grade and I enjoyed it even though I didn't fully understand it. Now that I'm reading it again I really enjoyed it and I'm looking forward to finishing the series.
