What a great ending! So exciting! So much suspense! The tears, the smiles, the nail biting I did throughout it all! I loved this series and the ending definitely did not disappoint!

Im thankful Riley got his happy ending, even if it wasn’t with the girl I thought he should have been with. He would fall for a girl that tried to kill him in the beginning

I started reading the first two books in 2016 and now in 2021, I finally finished the final book after forgetting to pick the series up again. I'm so happy I finished it and the ending was satisfying. Is it cheesy and predictable in some ways? Yes. But I don't find the technical writing itself subpar - I enjoy Kagawa's way of description and dialogue. I've always had an itch to read about modern-day shape-shifting dragons and this series was exactly the type of story I wanted to read. Of course, I've read other books that are similar, but the Talon saga was one of the most enjoyable for me. It makes me sad that I finished reading it... Just an excuse to read it all over again!

I recommend the Talon series for anyone who loves dragons and urban fantasy. I enjoyed the ending as it tied up the loose ends nicely and was a satisfying conclusion to the conflict between the dragons of Talon and the soldiers of St. George. It was cool to see more ancient dragons. One thing I would have changed was Wes's over-the-top English accent. Just about every time he spoke he would use the same stereotypical language--it was a big cringey and unrealistic. But in general, excellent series.
