I'll be honest when I read this series years ago, it was one of my favorites. I decided it was time for a re-read.
In re-reading this series, I found some joy and amusement but I can say that I don't like it as much as anymore. The character are interesting, but I prefer the cast of side characters. I find the romance lacking. The plot is cheesy and predictable, but I did enjoy it.
