Average absurdist young reader fare with nothing that is overtly memorable either for good or bad. Another book that really tries ti grab you with a crazy title but ultimately has nothing else to hang on to your memory with.

What a fun, charming book! It reminds me a lot of my own childhood and my interests, as well as having a great Daniel Pinkwater vibe running through it (which is a seriously high compliment from me). I liked this book a lot. If I'd read it when I was in elementary school, I would have wanted to LIVE this book.
