I really liked this book. Red went into the situation expecting the worst, and was totally blown away by the woman that Allison really was. He found himself believing the best, not the worst, of her and wanted to help her as much as he could. Allison was not impressed by him at all. She had been badly burned by her ex, and then by Victor. There was no way she was going to trust a friend of Victor's. But the more often he showed up to help, the more she began to trust him. I really enjoyed the ending of this one. I'm looking forward to reading Colby's story -- soon I hope!
