Really good installment in the Chasing Time series. We continue to follow humans and fae. This book follows the journey of Colton and Awan. Their connection throughout was a series of delightful dialogues. Usually there's a character that has to grow on you, but I found both to be enjoyable from the start.

A great story for the second instalment of this series. I liked Colton's scary adventures down in the pit, the timing of Awan's arriving was great. It briefed over on what happened with Desan and Talli and Kele, I wanted more details. I hope to read more of Novak the dragon shiftier in future books

Awan finds his soul mate in the Pit and their adventures start.
