An enjoyable novella.  I noticed sone trademark King-isms, and the plot is one visited many times in the world of sci-fi and horror.   The questions of what would you do always seem to come up, so I imagine the button trope will continue its popularity.

I accidentally read the last book in this series without realising it was a series, so read this in a weird order. But I very much enjoyed it and the possible references to other Stephen King stories.
