this story didn't quite have the power of the previous volumes. the killer wanders thru his life creating justifications for his actions while doing anything but being responsible to his family. he talks of power, prey and being in control but he flees, and protects only himself so thst he can maintain this world he lives in. very self centered. too much so.
the illustrations are perfect as in previous books. they perfectly describe the scenery, the characters and their emotional climates.
a great series overall.
