With lots of twists and turns that kept me guessing, I enjoyed this one almost as much as A Death in Live Oak. Grippando is every bit as good—and maybe even better—than Grisham when it comes to the legal thriller.

This wasn't my favourite of the Grippando books that I have read but I still enjoyed it just the same. I found the plot dragged on in many places and everything seemed to be rushed in the end.

It was OK, wouldn’t recommend or read again, but it was a quick read. Fine, not good.

Really enjoyed this story of a lawyer getting caught up in a case of a man on death row for killing a teenager, though no body was ever found. The mother of the girl believes her daughter is still alive and I enjoyed reading and seeing where everything went.
