This book is so wonderful. I absolutely love it. It teaches a great life lesson that is applicable to everyone, no matter how old they are. I would highly recommend this book to any and everyone that asks me for a recommendation.

This is a beautiful telling of how God loves us. It's told so that children and adults can understand the message and feel God's love. I really love this story.

My mom used to read this to me to remind me of how special I am. Great, loving book.

What can I say about this book. Such a good reminder that you don't need anyone's stickers of approval or critique. While there are a lot of christian overtones, I found this to be applicable to many things, rather than a person relying on god to know he or she is special.

I read this one to my youngest today. It's such a great message. I think there are several grown-ups I know who need to read it too. :)

Such a sweet story. The first time I heard it was in a Young Women's lesson. I once used it in a lesson I did, and the 12- and 13-year-old girls were actually fairly attentive though they had pretty much all read the story before. I love the parallel in the story between Punchinello's experience and the things we do in real life, and the fact that there is truly an Eli who loves us all.

This is one of my favorite books that I read to Kadan, my primary kids, and have read to even girls I have taught dance too. We are all special and unique gifts that help us with our purpose.
