Very cute picture book that covers the range of emotions we may all go through. I can see this being an integral way to talk to kiddos about feelings/emotions and talk through methods of coping with negative emotions or sharing feelings of joy. Characters depicted are diverse and Farina has a very cute, colorful art style.
