It os like grandpa is giving you advice about life. You tend to say: I know this. Do not expect life changing lessons in this book. I tend to compare it to An astronauts guide to life on earth. That one was much better. But I enjoined it nevertheless. He brags a lot but he has the right to: he walked on the Moon and has a PhD at MIT. He also gave me hope in life. He is doing this at 80 years that I am not doing now.

This was an audiobook for me, and I can't say how much I enjoyed listening. Not only was the reader fantastic, but Aldrin's prose sounds like a down-to-earth (down-to-moon?) life lessons conversation you'd have with your stereotypical Americana grandfather.

Good advice. Fun to read it from Buzz Aldrin.
