Very cute - a lot of the book started to come back to me once I started re-reading it. It definitely came across more funnier than I remember it to be.

Logan is such a cutie and is such a major love sick fool when he wants to be. I also love that Grace calls him out on his bullshit too

I was surprised by how funny parts of this book actually were combined with tackling some difficult material.

Ich LIEBE Logan, aber das Buch? Meh….

“The smell serves as a depressing reminder of my childhood. So does the taste of bourbon, Dad’s backup beverage once he runs out of beer.”

Booooring.

“Urine and alcohol, the fragrance of my childhood.”

There was a pretty big difference, both character and plot wise, between this book and the first of the series. I really enjoyed these two characters and their personalities.

He was the classic playboy without a relationship and was stuck on his best friend’s girl… then meets the quirky girl who changes everything he thought he knew. Classic.

RAMONA IS THE WORSTTTTTT. Ugh.

I kinda hate the breakup… even though his part wasn’t unforgivable, it did put a bad taste in my mouth and he couldn’t fully recover. But really, they were cute together and even though it wasn’t anything crazy special, I enjoyed it. I’m really liking this series.

I’m also catching that these characters all have some deep family issues that need to be worked out. So far I’ve connected to both of these stories in their respective family issues.

I’m glad we got to see them a little ways down the road because I would’ve rioted if we didn’t get closure with his dad and see that everything worked out in the future.
