This was a cute story and would be enjoyed by almost any child for sure. I didn't rate it too high but would still recommend it to a child.

Splat the Cat and the Pumpkin Picking Plan by Rob Scotton:  Splat needs to find the very best pumpkin at the pumpkin patch.  The best pumpkin is also the biggest, and how does he get it home?  We do enjoy Splat the Cat and this one is as cute as the others.
