“I saw her fucking first,” I grouch because I’d not only seen her first, but I’d fucking kissed her first.

I really liked the characters and the style of writing…..all the way up to when Drew turned into a super villain. It was weird and over the top, and was never fleshed out enough to understand if he was actually having a psychotic break. The rest of the ending also seemed rushed with a lot of loose ends just left dangling. How did Alex’s father “fix” the problem…what did his dad want in return (I’m guessing political career) and would Alex really do it? Was the museum saved? I also ended the book having no idea what non-profit she and Joss were going to do. Don’t know where I missed it but

Loved this book, it may be my favorite Maggie Rawdon to date!! All about second chances, doing what is right for you and … lots of spice ha! So much fun, and Alex and Harper are characters you can cheer for.

I really really liked this! When I said this author actually surprised me as I just randomly decided to read it due to my kindle unlimited subscription, I am hooked.

The spice was everything,
The characters were everything!

This book is incredible I loved the chemistry between the two. I would recommend reading the short story prequel before you read this as it gives you a more in-depth history between the two characters and how they met. That being said I really recommend reading this book if you like stories with amazing chemistry!
