I love Miss Spark's work, and I know I read them out of order (this one being the first book in the series), but I really did not like Shanna's rationale on things. She definitely only gave him one chance on stuff before going full-blown crazy. And at one point she ran away to the bad guys only to realize that the person who could have helped was in the same facility that she was in in the first place. What was the point in that? I really like Roman though. He is a sweet boy. I also want to mention that the bad guy is like affably evil?
Graphic: Panic attacks/disorders, Blood, Grief, Murder, and Abandonment
Moderate: Domestic abuse
The majority of the violence is by the bad guys.sharkfan's review against another edition
