These plot twists were unexpected!! There was a lull near the end of the book, but it picked back up!

Just the Nicest Couple is one of the best domestic thrillers I have read. Kubica maintains a thrilling pace and packs twists and turns that you will never see coming.

This book was such a disappointment! I read local woman missing and loved it so hoped I would like this or it would get better, but it never did. The ineptitude of all of the characters was so frustrating and they just all kept doing the most idiotic things.

This was so… boring. Nothing happened for the first 90% and the rest was very predictable

A solid 3.5-4, clearly gripping enough to plow through in a day. Happy to report that I enjoyed this one a bit more than The Other Mrs.
Christian’s demeanor and personality were a little eye-roll enduring at times, but I suppose if you are THAT SMITTEN-you might refuse to see the red flags, too.
The mother being slowly braided into the story more and more was well done—and you had your suspicions, but also-how?! The woman can’t see!
Also, Jfc, Lily. What a total narcissist and manipulation machine—gtfo with your ‘dinner!’

This was pretty good, standard domestic suspense. I'd read more from the author.
