Wraps, easy recipes for handheld meals by Mary Corporin
We like wraps as they are a healthier choice for us. 50 recipes.
Breakfast lunch dinner and dessert recipes. Listening to this book on tape I am not able to view the pictures.
Trail mix one sounds interesting: book starts out with alpha listing of recipes by letter. Then onto selecting the right ingredients.
Then into the recipes themselves, very descriptive. No nutritional information.
I received this book from National Library Service for my BARD (Braille Audio Reading Device).
