*pretty steamy but sex isn't a cure to everything. wyatt needed boatloads of therapy before engaging in such an intense & controversial relationship. liked it though, if you focus on the good parts.

The author did a great job a generating tension and a strong emotional response in this story. I was rage fueled for most of the story. I wanted to feel empathy for Wyatt, but mostly I was angry with the people around him. This story was a great example of how the setting looks very different on the other side of the stage.
The overall story was interesting, but it had a bit of a formulaic feel. There was definitely a Daddy kink element to the sex scenes which felt a little awkward during narration sometimes. The rest of the narration was decently performed.

I love Onley James, and I was kind of disappointed by this one. The MCs are just so broken, and there is so little shown of them getting better. The age gap is massive and barely discussed. The relationship moves incredibly fast. There is talk of therapy and the MCs getting better in the epilogue, but that's only 4-5 months in the future. I just think the relationship could have been fleshed out a little more. Also the grandma deus ex machina made me roll my eyes.
