Submit has all the power to wreck you, and I enjoyed every moment of it. Though more bitter than sweet, the light that comes through all the darkness can be enough to make your chest tighten in the most wonderful of ways.

Like Lana Sky's other characters, Frankie and Maxim are complicated people with deep scars. They're not heroes and they're not the kind of characters you blindly root for because of their goodness or noble deeds. Instead, they're people corrupted by and sacrificed to their environments, and their pasts are far from a backstory.

Submit isn't a book I read passively: I held on for dear life as the characters dragged me through it, leaving me breathless and desperate for the next installment.

Wow this book is probably one of the darkest I have read and I loved it. Mind your triggers and enjoy the ride!

This is definitely a take you for a ride with two intense characters. Maxim is one scary intense guy. However, There was something about him. I was drawn to his darkness and I was drawn to the chemistry between him and Frankie.

This author knows how to pull me out of my comfort zone and I LIVE for that. She doesn't fear sticking her toe in the shark-infested waters in order to give her audience one titillating ride. I look forward to what is coming next.

This is a amazing book that WILL TAKE YOU ON A VERY DARK TWISTED READ THAT IS A VERY CONTROLED ALPHA THAT WILL HAVE YOU CHECKING YOUR HEARTBEAT THROUGHOUT THIS BOOK. THIS BOOK HAS MANNY TRIGGERS, BUT IF YOU CAN HANDLE THE CONTROL THIS IS A MUST READ. CANT WAIT TO READ NEXT BOOK.

I love when an author can take me out of my comfort zone and keep me riveted. Lana Sky does it every time with her dark romances. Each has a component that just makes me cringe, but I have to know what is going to happen! This is the first in her Club XXX series, and Frankie and Maxim are featured. Frankie takes care of her siblings while her mother is out, searching for her next fix and husband. She resorts to prostitution and is offered a contract that will set her up for the next year. But is it a contract she can keep? Maxim is a dark soul. Very demanding, super alpha, and a dom like no other. Will Frankie find the strength to fulfill the contract? This book is dark and at times made me cringe. It's addicting and had my curiosity. Both Frankie and Maxim are broken, and with their fetishes are well matched. I can't wait to see where Sky takes these two next.

Zara Eden is amazing with this narration. She is spot on for each character, her Russian accent fantastic. I enjoyed her performance and look forward to book 2!
