A halhatatlanság piramisa by Javier Sierra

It is said that Napoleon, during his campaign in Egypt, spent a night alone in the Great Pyramid of Giza. When asked about the experience, he allegedly replied, "You wouldn't believe me if I told you the truth."
This novel tells the fictional story of that night and the events leading up to it. There's lots of mythology, foretold events, fated encounters and magic. Maybe a little too much for my taste, actually, but overall I enjoyed the tale, even though I found the ending quite flat.
