I loved this book. It was heart wrenching and sad but satisfying. There is a lot of pain that is unresolved for the characters the older woman who is dying and rendering her life. And the little girl who was watching her cat and the lost man who came to town who had been cared for by the old lady when he was little. It all comes together and it is satisfying in the end.
