DNF at 12%. I wanna know whose 13-year-old’s Wattpad story was stolen.
I really wanted to love this book and REALLY tried to understand the love for it but man… the amount of info-dumping is OVERWHELMING. I couldn’t get into it.
The amount of times it was mentioned how small Shannon is was enough to give you a whiplash and send you back into the Wattpad trenches where every FMM was 3 inches tall and had blue orbs the size of watermelons. Like… WE GET IT.
And the insta love was annoying too. Out 600 pages, around 6% Johnny is already crushing on her and feeling so PrOtEcTive of the vulnerably little tiny thing??
