While parts of this novel moved at a good click, others were slow or way to abrupt (like the ending). I thought the metaphors and similes got ridiculous and old pretty quickly. While the reveal wasn’t a huge surprise to me, I still thought the development behind it was interesting. All in all just a meh read unfortunately.
