I have had multiple people up my backside telling me to read Boyfriend Material for the longest time and now I understand why because I FUCKING LOVED IT! This is my kind of book in a nutshell! Messy characters, absurdly out of pocket jokes, extremely gay with a chaotic plot and so many dick jokes that it makes it difficult to read in public! Luc and Oliver are both nothing short of fantastic main characters, they are messy and all over the place but in the best way possible. They feel so human and yet they are so unbelievably lovable even with the abundance of flaws that they have! God fucking damn it I loved this so much, this was the exact book I needed right now, honestly BRING ON BOOK 2!! There is no doubt in my mind that this will be one of my favourite reads of the year, it was genuine perfection from the beginning right to the very, very, very end? Couldn’t have loved it more!
