This book just pissed me off. Drew is so jealous and controlling for a man who’s cheated on his wife repeatedly. June basically just rolls over and takes it. She instantly starts couples therapy just because Drew wants it only AFTER he got caught. He gets upset at her for being mad at him? There’s no groveling happening. All he talks about is how much he loves her which is obviously bullshit because he was cheating on her. Even after he was caught, instead of rushing after her, he spends the night with his side piece and sends her off nicely in the morning. It’s basically just Drew betraying his wife and then somehow still acting like the victim meanwhile June just gives in.
