It started off angsty. Focusing on the main character’s struggles with fatphobia as a teenager in high school. But he evolves beautifully with the help of Cairo, Becky and Mel.
I may have been in tears during the first third of the book. But you best believe I was laughing and kicking my feet by the end of it.
