Given I’m reading as the books are published and released, this is currently the last book I read. So far, the progression that the main character has made in his development is really raw, and an experience I found myself really relating to. This part in the series was a little painful, but in a good way, especially with how vividly Meatbun writes about the emotions the characters experience. I also love how the main character and their love interest immediately reunite and start going to head over heels that it leads into massive horny territory and I am so here for it. Watching two men go nuts for one another like shy, horny, confused teenagers is so funny and really speaks about the respect they have for their relationship. I also love the total 180 of the main character becoming a ride or die, what a sweet simp.
