Daisy has always had a crush on Holden, but he is her brother's best friend and she is 17. She has always been close to Holden and has been able to talk to him about anything, except her feelings for him. When Daisy asks Holden to go with her to Mexico with her, her brother and best friend, to celebrate her 18th birthday, he agrees even though he knows this is a very bad idea. His feelings for Daisy have changed over the past year, but her brother, Oliver, would kill him if he touched her. When Daisy strips off in front of Holden, his self control snaps and he realizes that he needs to touch her, kiss her and feel her as much as he needs to breathe. But Holden is a player, he doesn't do commitment and can't offer Daisy a future and she's ok with that as long as he his her first.
