Accessable, reasonable, fun and lightly campy. Tim Gunn, my favorite Project Runway figure (take that Hiedi), has written the hand book on how to develope and experiment with your own personal style. And it's true, you don't need to spend a fortune to look good, and Mr. Gunn knows it (and he always looks good). It's a fun and light read and I recommend it to anyone frustrated with thier closet.
