This book was amazing. I love that there was no big third act breakup between Grace and Logan because, for me, that’s always such a turn-off in a book.
I really liked Grace’s character development, and Logan’s, too. They work so well together – their chemistry is unreal. The plot was great and I’m really happy how things turned out. I feel like all the loose ends were tied up and I found myself rooting for characters I wouldn’t normally root for (looking at you, Ward Logan).
This is a must-read if you love hockey romances and are okay with some more complex, deep, and tragic character backstories. This book made me like Logan a lot more than I originally did in The Deal.
This book is a 5⭐️ read for me because of the no third act breakup and because I loved every moment of it, and devoured it in no time at all.
