Two for Joy by Amy McCulloch, Zoe Sugg

i will say i absolutely loved the first book and could not wait to read the second instalment, and after a year of waiting it is finally here and i have some interesting thoughts. i’m not a fan of the ending, the twist was brilliant but how the book was ended and the last few lines explaining how audrey was left in the room was a bit open ended, which i’m assuming was intended.
personally, i would have preferred a more distinct ending and i’m not sure if there is going to be another book but im not content with how it was left. if we were told what happened with audrey i would be a lot more satisfied but to me i still feel like the story is unfinished in a way.
overall tho, i really enjoyed the mystery and the constant twists and turns within the story, i was kept on the edge of my seat 80% of the time and i really recommend this series to anyone who enjoys a bit of mystery. i would have loved some more on teddy but that’s just coming from someone who adores a romance.
