The Girls in the Glen by Lynne McEwan

4.5

This book was more enjoyable than the previous two I think because the husband wasn't present. Still with the duaghter there were parenting decisions that made no sense. Otherwise, the storyline for the most part kept me engaged. I don't like to read about high society but luckily it wasn't all of the story. I loved reading Murdo's off storyline that was the most intriguing. Also I understadn that Shona feels she has to stay with her husband out of loyalty but at what point do you choose you, your life and your daughter over a selfish idiot? Just sayin.
