Ten to Zen: Ten Minutes a Day to a Calmer, Happier You by Owen O'Kane

Did not finish book. Stopped at 69%.
I was enjoying the book and the concept of creating time early in the day for self reflection and to start the day well. However this book wasn't suitable for the currently what I was dealing with which was a lot of distress and I felt like I was searching for methods of control which this book kind of does but it in a restructuring of mindset kind of way which if you are needing to create reflection time to help process something this would be great. However I also felt it was very repetitive and that the instruction in how to do the ten minutes could have been put across alot quicker especially when the person reading it is search for methods of help.

It's helpful if you've not got any mindfulness, therapeutic tack ticks to go too but be aware of your need if you need further help definately seek more than this book.
