Twisted Lives: A Dark Lesbian Romance by Arizona Tape
5.0
Arizona Tape has written an addictive and spectacular dark lesbian romance story. The emotion, journey and actions that the characters take, make you become so absorbed in the story that you won’t want it to end.
Zafira’s internal monologue and character development, are my favourite things about her. She’s addictive, manipulative, twisted and isn’t afraid to do whatever is needed to reach her end goal.
Twisted Lives is the second book in The Twisted Trilogy, which follows on immediately after Twisted Games - which will need to be read first. I highly recommend this series and can’t wait to read the conclusion to the series with Twisted Ends. The “twisted” reference in the title of the books and series is adeptly named.
Note: trigger warnings are clearly mentioned before starting the book.
Favourite quotes
So poetically twisted:
“Understanding people by studying their life flashing in front of their eyes. It revealed what kind of person they truly were and what they believed in.”
This one is just beautiful:
“To be the only sunshine after the dark and the only drop of drew after the night.”
