this series is chaos, the plot changes so much from book to book - yet here I am still reading… and the kings who seem to be set up as the love interests are awful - there are no redeeming qualities. And calling this a Milan retelling is such a stretch, yes there is a girl disguised as a man and they are fighting but the similarities end there…
