Tim Gunn is one of my best friends who hasn't met me yet. I already knew this going into the book, so it probably colored my opinion, but the book was kind of like having Tim come over and go through your closet with you. Gentle, but stern. I had to hide the fact that I was keeping all three black v-neck sweaters from the book cover.

Look, I just cleared out 60% of what I own and I feel great about it rather than crushed by guilt and doubt. I think that's the highest praise that I can give this book.
