My rating would have been lower except that I really like the artwork here. The story didn't do it for me. Hey, I want Batman to be happy, but seeing him with Silver St. Cloud is just...boring. Thinking of him saying "I love you" before ending a phone call gives me the willies. That's not MY Batman. And Silver St. Cloud is kind-of...how shall I put it...a pussy. While deciding which man to wind up with, the other guy - who is decidedly NOT a pussy - gets his arms and legs cut off by the Joker for his trouble. She's just not a good match for him. Give me Catwoman any day.

What's more, there were at least three villians here. I like a good honor among thieves, but this time they all deflected attention from each other. Maybe good for Batman, and good for crime-fighting, but for the reader? Not so much.
